Today Julia teached us English. She was really very exerted to teach us English.
Roland made a presentation about the "IF-Clauses".
It was a interesting presentation and I enjoyed it very.
The presentation was very informativ and had a touch of a cabaret.
I learned following rules, if I want to use "If-Clauses":
Type 1: Used when expected outcome is very likely
- if + simple present + .... will ....
- if + simple past + .... would + infinitive ....
After the presentation we made a littel test about "If-Clauses".
Cheers

Hi Toni,
Here are a few sentences describing high performers using the linking words.
Martin
During the discussion about the article Jürgen SAID that social skills are not the main CHARACTERISTIC of a high performer WHEN compared to a "normal" worker, but IT IS the know-how itself. The Know How of a high performer is the most important skill, and also the skill, which ALLOWS him/HER to BECOME a high performer.
However MY AGRUMENTATION WAS SLIGHTLY different and I CONSIDER that the difference between a worker and a high performer ARE the social skills -- noT the know how itself (but of course they have a knowledge of the company).
Above all I can summarize that those two opinions existED IN OUR GROUP DISCUSSION and THAT the group WAS DIVIDED AMONGST THESE 2 opinions.
Niki STATED THAT THE DISTINGUISHING FACTOR BETWEEN A HIGH AND A LOW PERFORMER IS IN THE AREA OF HIS/HER social skills.
However Jürgen SUGGESTED that a high performer performs only well WITHIN THE DOMAIN OF THE given task.
Above all high performers PROVIDE THE BASIS FOR A SUCCESSFUL ORGANIZATION.
High performers are HIGHLY COMPETENT USERS OF soft and/or technical skills.
However, it depends on the definition of "high performance" AS TO who counts as a high performer.
Above all, high performers are EXTREMELY important to anY organization and should be kept motivated AT ALL COSTS.
